The Windsor Spitfires would like to release the following statement from our President and Governor John Savage:

“On behalf of the Windsor Spitfires Hockey Club, we pray that you and your family members are well and coping during these extraordinary times.  Yesterday the CHL cancelled the remainder of the 2019-20 season including playoffs and the Memorial Cup. As well, The Premier of Ontario has declared non-essential businesses to be closed until April 7th. Our staff, however, will continue to work from home in preparation for the 2020-21 Season. We are prepared to support the Windsor Spitfires‘ Family & Fans as well as our community partners where we can. We will keep you updated through our social media channels and website, as we all work through the pandemic facing each one of us.  Please keep safe by doing what you can to minimize the spread.” – President and Governor John Savage
